The room was huge and had a separate lounge area. Fantastic top floor panorama restaurant serving breakfast. Helpful and polite staff. Daily impeccable cleaning. Centrally located near the harbour, bars, and restaurants. Recommended affordable guided tour to Gallipoli. Very big room with wonderful view.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of Çanakkale and just a short walk from the waterfront. The views from the rooms with balconies are simply wonderful, especially overlooking the ferry port. It's a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The basic amenities provided, like tea and coffee making facilities, are a pleasant surprise for a hotel in this price range.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

They had a wide variety of options available to suit all preferences. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to go the extra mile to assist guests. the hotel is located in a convenient area close to the main attractions of the city.

All was above my expectations.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel in the center of a beautiful location. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and Wi-Fi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the sea view from the terrace and the great food offered at the nearby cafeteria.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The internet was terrible, making it very difficult to book tours and plan my day. The staff wasn't helpful and was not approachable. The elevator was old and needed maintenance. It was a scary and dangerous experience as the elevator free-fell several floors.

This hotel is perfectly located near the bustling port and nestled in the heart of the city center. Its close proximity to the main ferry terminal makes transportation a breeze. the rooms are spacious, including a separate lounge area and an enclosed balcony that has a breathtaking view of the port. the staff is very helpful and polite. the breakfast is large and varied, with plenty of food to choose from.

The lobby area is not very clean as it can get quite messy, which is not very ideal for families with young children.
